Industrial–organizational Psychologist for Training and Development:
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in psychology, organizational development, human resources, education, social science, or communications.
Strong academics.
Ability to speak with fluency, both English and Spanish.
Understanding of Hispanic and American cultural differences and similarities.
Experience or theoretical understanding in performing the following tasks:
Recruitment process.
Screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various roles.
Organization of employee engagement programs, including training sessions, and corporate events.
Assessment training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.
Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
Implement training manuals, online learning modules, course materials, and training sessions.
Stress and emotional management in the workplace.
Safety Compliance.
