Industrial–organizational Psychologist for Training and Development:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in psychology, organizational development, human resources, education, social science, or communications.

  • Strong academics.

  • Ability to speak with fluency, both English and Spanish.

  • Understanding of Hispanic and American cultural differences and similarities.

  • Experience or theoretical understanding in performing the following tasks:

    • Recruitment process.

    • Screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various roles.

    • Organization of employee engagement programs, including training sessions, and corporate events.

    • Assessment training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.

    • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.

    • Implement training manuals, online learning modules, course materials, and training sessions.

    • Stress and emotional management in the workplace.

    • Safety Compliance.
